Sturgeons & Caviar
A sturgeon is the name used for a genus of fish called Acipenser, of which twenty-six species are known.
It is one of the oldest known genera of fish in existence and is found in Asian, North American and European waters. They range in length from seven to twelve feet while some species grow as long as fourteen feet.
